There is a unique dining experience at Animalon that is like no other in the world. Named one of Latin America’s best restaurants in 2022 and recognized world wide through other various awards, Animalon has put Baja Mexico and the its wine country region in a prestigious spotlight. We were fortunate enough to have our close friend Mariana Postlethwaite and team at design studio Casa Duhagon invite us to capture their excellent work.
Almost as amazing as the cuisine itself, the dining space that takes shape underneath the canopy of a 200 year old live oak tree is profoundly unique. And only Casa Duhagon could have created such an amazing cohesive aesthetic to accompany the entire experience.
Our mission was to capture that aesthetic, mood, and pace of the environment as if you were there dining yourself. The only thing the images could not capture were the tastes and aromas floating under that oak at dusk. A truly amazing experience.
